Fall Happenings in Scituate Harbor
There’s nothing quite like the fall season in New England. With cool, fresh sea air filling your lungs and breathtaking foliage surrounding you, it’s simply an unmatched experience.
Fall for Scituate
One of the top community events, Fall for Scituate (October 20th) first took place in 2012 and has grown each year, attracting thousands of visitors. Some of the featured events include the popular Chili and Chowder Fest, Tow Jam Puppet Band Halloween Show, the oldies show, and Clydesdale Hitch hay rides. There will also be pony rides, a fortune teller, ice cream eating contest, face painting, an artisan marketplace, games, music, and fantastic food.
Halloween in the Harbor
The Scituate Harbor knows how to throw a Halloween party, too! Visitors can submit their painted, carved or etched pumpkins for prizes at the haunted pumpkin patch event and decorate sugar skulls. The annual Halloween in the Harbor event brings costumed kids, dogs, and families together, filling Front Street with trick-or-treaters visiting businesses throughout the Harbor.
