Halloween on the South Shore

Halloween 2018 is slated to be the best one yet! But it’s not all about scares and things that go bump in the night. On the South Shore of MA, Halloween is a fun and friendly occasion, with plenty of Halloween events for family and friends to enjoy.

This year, local weekend happenings precede that beloved spooky night, and they’re just perfect for getting into the Halloween spirit while spending quality time together. Halloween Events

Spooky Haunted House Workshop: Saturday, 10/20/18 - 10-11:30am

With pumpkin-carving, costume crafting, and decorating, Halloween is a great time of year to be creative! With the help of the Little House of Arts, participants aged 5 and older can construct a miniature haunted house at this fun, hands-on event.

Trick-or-Treat Marshfield Center: Saturday, 10/27/18, 12-4pm

For the kids, the only thing better than trick-or-treating...is even MORE trick-or-treating! Start the festivities early with Trick-or-Treat at the Marshfield Center. This is a family-friendly event -there’s also scary storytelling, hot cider, a coloring contest, and much more to enjoy.

Halloween Bash: Saturday, 10/27/18 - 3-5pm

The South Shore Pottery Shop will be hosting an exciting Halloween Bash with pumpkin painting, face painting, caramel apples, games, and even a costume contest. This party is open to all ages and is sure to become a yearly tradition!
